TurboTax has increased its hidden fees until the end and I was not like that before. I have been filing for 6 years. I expect consistency because I have basic taxes to file.

False advertising! Your commercial stated if I didn’t file my taxes with Turbo tax last year, I could file for free this year. That was not the case. I was charged!
