Half of my refund went into paying for required premiums. I did not understand what had happened until the end when it displayed my total amount deducted. I feel taken advantage of and confused.

Turbo Tax almost got 5 stars, perhaps in 2025

Like usual the best tax software in the market, although they totally hosed the RMD portion of the taxes and that is why they are missing 2 stars. But not bad must of been an algorithm error, and it did not impact my filing. Thanks and better luck next year

Search tool was very very generic, useless really. Never could find where to enter Rental Property expenses and there is no way to talk to someone unless I pay more money.

TurboTax is very expensive!

Its too expensive! I prepared the tax return by myself using their website/software. Therefore about $126 minimum filing fee for Federal and State is expensive! My requested fee would be $50 for federal and $ 25 for State.
