Missing running tally

Easy to use. I did not like not being able to see the amount I owed or my refund amount while I was entering my tax information. Last year as I added income and deductions the effect on my state and local taxes was shown at the top of the screen. It was not there this year,

Took me 2 hrs. Waaaay too long. Some things weren't explained very well. Not the easiest to maneuver through.

Love that turbotax uses past returns and info to make filing faster. I think live chat support should be provided to everyone paying to use turbo tax regardless of plan.

No option provided to select TurboTax Standard

I did not select TurboTax premium, but TurboTax preselected the premium option for me (even when I did not need the premium option this year) and did not provide any option for me select the lesser expensive standard option. While I like the functionality of TurboTax for quick return submission, but I felt cheated at the same time as I was being forced to pay higher for something that was not needed
