I switched from another tax software company to Turbo Tax. The importing of various 1099's and W-2s was so simple and easy to use. One W-2 was imported(larger company) one I took a snapshot of(small family company), all of these steps were very easy. So glad I switched, wish I had done it sooner!!

It's never free

The one thing I don't like is all the talk about being free but ends up costing 138 dollars and ads constantly to upgrade and spend more money.
