Turbo Tax is easy to use and has tips and tricks(info/question marks to click on) if there is something you don't understand which helps greatly?

Frustrating at Times

Missing instructions-you indicate a missing amount that's required (IRA distribution worksheet) with no instructions on where to find it except to give me the "title" of the amount. When data is hand entered(1099-R) you should SAVE it so that if I leave that screen and have to return to it I don't have to re-enter it all over again, Yikes! At times I didn't know if I was being asked for my data or my wife's data, (IRA distributions and RMD data, NY return ).

This was my first time e-filing with Intuit TurboTax as the preparer. I must say the platform is very user friendly and I felt confident about using this service.
