These past 2 years filing with turbo tax has been so simple and such a relief in the end knowing how much I have in returns. I used the method to do it myself on turbo tax. I did upgrade and added the security plan. Overall my experience navigating through the step by step process was the most fulfilling as I awaiting for the arrival of my returns. Thanks TurboTAX!!

ROTH IRA CONFUSION

I had only one issue that caused me heartache this year and that was related to my Roth IRA (as usual). I had a hard time finding the "Contributions prior to 2024". I've moved a few times and lost records here and there. Also had an original IRA that I converted to Roth and then a 401K Roth that I transferred to a brokerage upon retirement and a later Roth Conversion from the traditional IRA. It really is hard to find these numbers...less any withdrawals etc.. Even I know I am not affected by certain timeline rules, it would be much better if they could narrow down those rules before they send you on a wild goose chase.

Great, wonderful, very easy! Verification of person,
ID needs to be fixed! To many passwords and usernames, plus using a new phone after Christmas and sites don't recognize your new device. Its to the point of ridiculous. Have a novel of user names and passwords and the whole process is just getting to be way to much. Can't verify yourself even when you provide the correct user name and password. Just really sick of that part, other than that, excellent! One more thing, I just tried to move on but I can't without a nickname. That is ducking ridiculous and exactly the king of crap I hate and am talking about! 3 stars! Keep up the crap, we can get to one star! Now you won't let me submit due to profanity? Grow up!
