3 of 4 specialists were EXCELLENT. This backup expertise is very important to me (used Turbo Tax for about 15 years).
Only dissatisfaction is a required entry on the 1099-R forms that asks you for the total amount of RMD for that particular 1099. EXTREMELY CONFUSING and I don't feel that it was needed>
