Very easy to navigate through and liked the convenience of the downloading of existing forms (W-2, etc). The information from the prior year is pulled in and compared to this year in case you missed anything.

very frustrating trying to change level of payment

other than the fact that i can not turn off premium (I dont need that level) I like it and would recommend it. So i basicaly peid for a level i didnt need. Very difficut to change it once I gotto the end and was ready to file.

Have been using Turbo Tax for multiple years

Have been using Turbo Tax for multiple years - never an issues. Easy to do at home and easy to transfer info from other banks. One NEW item I had this year was the sell of stock awarded to me by my company - was very hesitant to do that - but it was very easy to do.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Turbotax is not your friend.

Turbotax truly nickel and dimes you out of your money unfortunately. Around every corner in the Tax process they are trying to squeeze money out of you, and sneak fees in every step. Really disappointing, considering I already had to pay 99$ for premium, for them to turn around and take MORE money out of my refund.
