I would give it a 90 out of 100% score for navigating through. I do wish the service was free like the original Credit Karma. I'm paying $71.20 this year. Looks to me like taxes have increased and the IRS needs to revamp the credit and income structures. The last time I have a refund this low was 20 years ago!
