I like the ease of use for the software, but do not like the constant upselling offers or cartoon appearance. It detracts from my confidence in the project and seems like a money-grab.

Reliable and consistent ease of use!

As always, convenient and seamless for the simple filer. Even if your tax situation becomes "advanced" the options they offer in addition to real time assistance is invaluable. We have tried other online preparation services, but continue to come back to TurboTax for their ease of use and reliable, human customer support options.

I've used Turbo Tax for many years, but until the last couple of years I ran it from my local application. I was concerned about doing everything online, but frankly it's easier and has been an excellent experience for us. Such matters are definitely NOT my expertise and Turbo Tax makes it easy.
