turbotax is a scam. state returns are bugged.

1 star only for janai from customer service that helped me. turbotax is a scam. you have to upgrade to talk to customer service, then you can't downgrade back to deluxe afterwards. (you can only downgrade once, unless you want to completely start over, which caused the problem in the first place) cost at least an extra $50 after i paid the $88 for the deluxe version. don't contact me or reply unless it's with a refund of the money stolen from me.

This is my 3rd I've finalized my state taxes and turbo tax is having me do it again. I haven't received any notifications saying why or what happened and it'll would be been convenient to know so i can finish the process and not have to worried. Now i am worried your system will fail again. You can't even ensure me and now i have no faith in turbo tax i feel like the system faulty and i most likely won't be using this service again.

So easy to use. Mine took me a little over 2hours to complete but TurboTax is so good at telling you exactly what youre missing and what you're going to need. So simple and I liked having my hand held throughout the process

The 5 stars is for the ease at which it is to complete all the information needed and required. I do not like though, the fact that I am charged $40 if I want to use my refund to pay for the services. I can use my own money and pay for the services so it doesn't make sense. Other companies don't charge to do that but it is what it is.
