I started using Turbo Tax years ago and it just keeps getting better. I will only use Turbo Tax in the future and will recommend it to everyone I can.

Sneaky emails

The entire process is very simple to use. But the misleading emails regarding a refund were sneaky. They were sent continuously making it appear like I was getting a refund when in fact I owed money to both the federal and state. The thought of a refund enticed me to complete my returns sooner than I had planned, as well encouraging me to open a Credit Karma checking account that I don't need. I will probably file directly with the IRS next year if available for free.

Not always clear and the cost is too much for doing the work yourself. CPAs are less.
