Terrible to use!

I do not like the "Download Only" option. It is cumbersome and very user unfriendly. Can't do multiple filings without starting new program. Not at all what I would expect from Intuit.

Turbo Tax saves me time and money

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years now and I am glad to have it. I am pretty good at knowing what to keep and what figures I need, but Turbo Tax keeps up with all the changes so I don't have to. There have been several occasions where I received a deduction for something I wasn't aware was allowed. It can be confusing sometimes if you are not familiar with the terms used, but Turbo Tax will answer any questions you may have.
