the information on the tax forms are incorrect and it doesn't allow for me to fix so I am very unhappy because now I'm forced to file by mail and that's the reason I like to do my taxes online so I don't have to file my mail.
This is the 2nd time this happens, so I will no longer file online. It is getting to expensive and waste of my time trying to correct tax forms errors online without rep/tech help assistance without getting charge a fee.

happy with Turbo Tax

i didn't cry or yell at my computer once this year. Turbo tax is getting easier to use. I even helped a friend do his taxes with you this year, he was very pleased with cost and how easy it was. thanks for saving me loads of money.
