Doing taxes on Turbo Tax is less stressful then having to go have them done. Just need the fees to be less.

Makes taxes easy

Turbo tax answered all of my questions throughout the process. One area of improvement is while reviewing unanswered questions, it references the actual tax form without further explanation of what is being requested. Without indepth understanding of tax forms I didn't know how to answer the questions. That part was confusing.

Filing 2023 returns - TurboTax now Milking Money

Never before has Turbo Tax bilked you for money like it has this year (2025). It wasn't like this when filing our 2023 year's taxes, but now they force paid versions on customers which is not equitable. We've already paid taxes, we shouldn't have to pay to file. And if you try to downgrade - they hide it from you.

Misleading

Many of the questions are intentionally misleading to get the person doing their taxes to select what Turbo Tax wants selected.
Also, Federal law requires that Turbo Tax provide a 'free' option, but Turbo Tax makes this almost impossible to find.
