Makes You Redo Things that Were Approved!

I found lots of useful things about Turbo Tax, however, it continually forced us to redo parts of the tax return after having us go through a particular process and verifying that process was correct. We found that exceptionally annoying.

Very Difficult to navigate

Trouble navigating back to making changes after getting to review. Review won't let you click on review and go back. System was more complicated than last year and harder to navigate.

Shorter this time than previous years. I've used them for years. So far so good I've never had any issues with the IRS.

Lots of ads and upsell pushes, especially for someone like me who is paying for the service. Also, at the very end of the process there are often random screens that TurboTax asks me to complete. They are like PDF versions of my tax forms and most of the time I have to research to see what these specific items mean. Seems like a wizard could take care of this for me.

Turbo is great

Easy. I didn't give five stars because I ran into a glitch under a continue reviewing section with no explanation on how to fix it. I had to google it and it was simply deleting fields I never put there. Added time to processing my returns.
