Love using Turbo Tax to do our taxes!

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. There are options along the way such as inputting the information myself or uploading the documents. The website is so clear and concise. It made completing our income tax return a breeze.

Self-explanatory. There is a search bar that will give you information if and when needed, and then follow up with a question asking if the information was helpful. I appreciate this site.

Too expensive

Way too expensive and the processing fees are completely stupid and unnecessary. The site told me i would get around $1000 back in taxes and after i finished I only get $500, super misleading. I've used this site since 2019 and have NEVER had so many expenses before. This site used to be maybe $30 for filing but now the cheapest option (filing yourself) is $100!

It's not taxing!

I have been using Turbotax since I started filing taxes around 10 years ago! It's always a smooth process, and I like that you can choose to just have the cost of Turbotax taken out of the tax return so there's less hassle with putting in card information. The only hiccup this year was it was a little difficult finding the information that I need from my Fidelity RSU's. I'm fairly confident I found the correct info, but I guess we'll see.
