I think it's absolute garbage they charge a minimum $100 to do taxes when your return is under $60.

Not very intuitive or helpful

I just forgot to add the Identity Theft PIN from the IRS, but Turbo Tax did not tell me that that was the reason my return did not go through. I had to figure it out for myself. Very frustrating.
