Not as good as previous years - importing fails

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. Apparently I made the "mistake" last year of using the desktop version. The online version treats that tax year as if it doesn't exist or if I filed with someone else. Bigger issue however was the importing. My investment firm is a "linked partner" and the info was all entered and verified under the account information. However, Turbo Tax online was unable to retrieve any information and I had to enter it all manually. I still am a fan of Turbo Tax but they need to work out some recent bugs.

Turbo Tax messed up my return. They asked me all of the questions for the K1 1041 but when I filed my taxes they did not generate or file the 1041 for a trust that we had set up. Now I'm waiting to see if the IRS rejects my return, and if they do what TurboTax will do to help resolve it.

How does $99 turn to $198?

They pitch an "upgrade" to Premium for 99 dollars, but the end result is an additional $200 in fees. There was 44 dollars added on for "Premium Benefits" that you cannot opt out from. It stunk.
