Bad Company, Annoying Product

It seems like every year my taxes get more difficult to file on here. Technical difficulties, unclear instructions, extra steps. Not sure if it is TurboTax or the government, but it just gets worse. And TurboTax lobbies for the government to make taxes difficult to file on purpose so they can make extra money. I should not HAVE to pay a service to file taxes I already paid. Really terrible company and I wish I had more ethical options.

I don't appreciate your advertisements saying you are free, but then when I file, I am charged 178 dollars. Ridiculous.
