Turned complex into cake

I had several more forms and documents this year than ever before and i was sure i would need to hire a CPA but all the Turbo Tax prompts made it incredibly easy to follow and complete without feeling like i missed anything or did anything incorrectly.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

TurboTax is Easy but Expensive

The program itself is very user friendly, and the definitions provided for various terms is helpful. However, the separate charges for federal and state taxes, fees to use the return to pay for the service (obviously if someone elects to do this it's out of necessity and not laziness), and a fee to get the return a little sooner is excessive.
