I did not like that you kept trying to sell me more services over and over, I'm a CPA. Also I did not like that I could not preview my return during the whole preparation

One of your live agents assisted me with my tax amendment and he was great! Friendly, calm voice, and explained that the information on my federal amendment would transfer to my NJ filing without me having to do anything else.
