TurboTax is great!

This year's return was terrible. It took me almost 4 hours! There were two forms that were added multiple times that I had to call for help 4 times!
Issues with the forms not having editable fields. My home office information from last year did not transfer into this year's return and I was stuck on a loop where I was asked to review a form, then review the form and it was flagged to review again (every time I did that it created a new form)...

Disappointing

Was going nice but then the website did not allow me to pay with my refund. I pressed the option and then it takes me back to the menu to put my debit card in. Terrible. so now I have to pay money that I barely have.
