Entries were easy. And, MOST IMPORTANTLY, when I had an error, I called into the phone number and an excellent agent was able to walk/talk me through the process of correcting the error.

Clear, clean design and instructions. The help box was really useful this time around and took me directly to wherever I needed to be. I appreciated the explanations and the comparison to last year's return and what changed.
