Turbo Tax Online still needs work.

This is the first time I have used the online version. I previously used the desk top version. I think the online seems less user friendly. While Turbo Tax is up to date, the backup documents that printed out for the state of CT were old.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

TurboTax made it very easy to file my taxes. I have had problems for years filing them on my own, so I haven't gotten a return. I am very glad my daughter told me about them

Overall it was a good experience. It was a little harder to use the software this year. Some of it was not as logical as in the past for self employment tax.

The helps and search functions are that intuitive. If you can sit down and do everything at one time I think it works great, but if you have to start and stop things can get overlooked. It seems like the prices keep going up and up. Pretty soon it will be cheaper just to take them in and get them done by a professional.
