TurboTax makes taxes quick and simple

The process is relatively simple and easy for most people with basic taxes to follow. I like that TurboTax is able to jump to my investment accounts and download the necessary information where it belongs. The only issue I had with the government securities amount - I had the percent obtained but did not know whether to multiply that by the total dividends or just the ordinary dividends. A rep was able to resolve that for me quickly, but it would be nice just to have that noted specifically at that part of the form.

Great product. Awful sign in functionality

Product is great. Log in awful. Says send text to phone for 2 step authentication. Don't get text. Option 2 is call phone with the number, no call. Try the long way. Enter data over and over and keep getting "problem on our end, we're on it!" Nope. Not on it. After an hour of trying, I finally got in to complete and file my return.

It gets better every year

I use Turbo Tax every year, and it becomes easier to use and faster to complete taxes. Turbo Tax has given me the confidence to keep filing my own taxes.
Pros: I bought or sold investments, I had a baby
