I have been using Turbo Tax since it was available. Because I have been doing this a long time, some terms are easy to understand. But I think the process is still confusing for those who are just starting out doing this on their own.

very hard towards the end to use. Took me several hours and many tears. But I eventually git it done and maybe next year wont be so bad.
