Consistent comfort through out the process

Not as good as previous years

This year's version is buggy. Review of state taxes gets caught in a loop. Unable to see updated return/payment estimate as I'm doing my taxes on PC as I was able to in previous versions. However it is visible on the tablet.

I much preferred the CD disc version. Our internet service can be spotty, resulting in many times having to wait or re-do previous items.
