The process is decent but it tries to add too many add on services during the process. Should ask once and if declined that should be it.

I Put My Confidence In TurboTax

I have used turbo tax most every year for the past 15 years. Never had a problem even through a random audit that wasn't their fault. The software is easy to use and explains everything very simply.
