Turbo Tax really does make the process smooth and helps you out the entire way. You can search questions and get the answers you are looking for quick. I've been using it for over 10 years and I don't see why I would ever change!

Too complicated

This was my first year doing RMD it seemed more complex than it needed to be. Also too many screens trying to sell more services. Too many requests to use my information for Turbo Tax benefit
