You can trust Turbo Tax!

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 20 years and I have never had a problem with my returns. There are plenty of checks and balances and I always get the maximum refund. It's comforting to know that my paperwork is filled out correctly, the numbers and info are correct, and my refund is always on-time. I won't use anything else when it comes to filing my taxes.

Turbo Tax hides fees

i had to pay for premium to expand my wife's 1099NEC return. I should not have to pay more to fill out portions of my tax return

Generally Easy, Specifically Confusing

In General, it was very easy to submit information. However, the income based (income, interest, dividends,etc.) information is extremely confusing. There is an add button and trash, but no edit button to input the current years information without adding it all over again. Yes, we'll still use Turbo Tax, but it would be nice to have that issue fixed for a higher rating, If not, the rating will go down and you'll lose a customer.
