Watch out for hidden fees.

TurboTax is great but there are too many upsell fees. I had to redo several steps because of random offers that they don't tell you cost anything until you've gone forward in filing your taxes... sometimes by a lot. One example: "Do you want us to take the cost of filing out of your refund?" ... later ... "Ok, that will be an extra $44."
Just be upfront TurboTax.
