I have used TurboTax for decades. It seemed a little easier to use in past years but still pretty easy to use. I like the search box to get answers when I'm not sure of something and the option for live tax advice, though I've never used it.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

I am always so impressed with Turbotax, and each year they make improvements to make filing easier. I have to file in multiple states each year, and Turbotax saves me a bundle.

TurboTax Makes It Easy

It makes it very easy since I had filed before. My only complaint is that I had several offers for discounts in costs of using TurboTax and I don't know if any applied.
