TurboTax I super easy and gets easier each year. They explain everything, so really no need to talk to a live tax person unless you have questions.

TurboTax Should Do Better

This application process is not forthright with fees. They charge a $40 fee to use money from your tax return, but they don't tell you till after you advance to the next screen. This technique takes advantage of people's impatience/depleted mental energy to the end of turning a buck. Not a fan of this practice.

Great product. When you go back to review forms it would be easier if it spelled out better where the non-entry or mistake was. Like in the greyed out area
