Overall process flows very smoothly and I've used for years. However, I am looking at other more affordable options for next year. I do not receive much back and am paying more than I can afford or would like.

I have used TurboTax for several years and this website is very easy to use and straight forward. I have both W2s and 1099s taxes and this website has been able to walk me through the entire process to ensure that I file everything correctly and am not missing anything. Overall, I have a great experience every year.
