Turbo tax is garbage. Do not use!

You refused to allow me to file the simple free return I always have. You lied & said I could submit mileage expenses elsewhere but elsewhere never appeared. Your site timed out 4 times before I was finally able to submit my retrun.I will NEVER EVER use turbo tax again! You COST me $$$!

Two unexpected hickups.

Two unexpected hickups.
(1) I selected direct debit option for Amending Delaware state tax and could not get back to it to change my selection
(2) Stuck in loop to enter reason for amending my IRS 1040. Software would come back and display an action to do. I finally clicked "Continue" to bypass it..

Reliable, easy to use

It was really easy to use. I've used it for almost ten years now and this year was the easiest by far. I have had to use the live assistance option before and it has been worth the money every time.
