Turbo tax is so easy to use. It walks you through every situation you could possibly have when filing your tax returns. The fees are way cheaper than using a tax preparation person at one of the local tax offices.

We have been using Turbo Tax for many years. We haven't had any problems with our forms ever being rejected. We have had to call for clarification on a form and they have the answers we needed.

It is very annoying the upgrades and upgrading when you don't want to or mean to. Then hyou have to start all over. Very annoying!!

My experience was quite smooth and easy. At one point I needed a little assistance, and I utilize the chats feature. The lady that helped me was tremendous. She was very positive helpful, and the issue was resolved.!!
