Do enough research on fees before using

it kept on making me upgrade to a more expensive version and the total cost of it didn't make it clear until the very end of the filling.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Easy to fill-in and has information bubbles that can explain things that are new or hard to understand. I like how it triple checks things and has you look over things multiple times. It makes it easy to catch your own typos!

Was able to do my own taxes at my own pace and was then able to spend time and review for accuracy; no more rushing to get to an appointment and have the tax man force you to do and check everything in 1 hour
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby
