User friendly until it's not.

It's mostly good, but I hate how it looks so weird when you need to make a correction. I wish it looked like the page you initially put the information into.

I get emails stating it costs 89 to 169 dollars. When I do my taxes it was 99 then with tax it was 105. What happened to the $89.00??? Then when I file the return, it costs another $25 that was not mentioned. There should be more questions about has anything changed from last year instead of a lot of useless questions that don't apply. Especially when I have been retired for 9 years and nothing has changed.
