Turbo tax is a scam

You made an error then had me fix it and called it my Error. Charge to file then charge a $40 processing fee to take my federal return money to pay you. You charge me to do something I have to do anyway and that you lobby goverment officials so that you can make money.

Good Product; Parasitic Company

Turbotax is an excellent product but contributes, via lobbying, to a wasteful tax preparation system. The government, like all first world countries, should be calculating taxes payable by it's citizens. The company should be ashamed of its behavior.
