overall, the experience is good. The obvious trickery with the added features at the end is insulting. Other than that I enjoy the product. I just wish the wrap up process wasn't so sharky. Turbo tax makes it way to hard to remove unwanted upgrades at the end

Honestly incredible. As a student when my taxes are not complicated this makes it easier than my homework. I also am shocked at how well they find deductions and tax breaks for me.

Forced to Upgrade

I feel like I just got robbed twice. It cost me $138 just to file because they force you to upgrade in order to file a 1099 with your expenses written off. Guess I wont be driving Door Dash again after all

Very friendly interface and great design. Tips and definitions are very helpful. Good job with sequencing all the chapters and pages in a very logical manner. Even if you are new to tax reporting, using this well-structured application will not cause any problems. You always have the option to call in the cavalry for a very nominal fee.
