Very good experience. Helpful guides to lead you through the process. Would prefer if the fees weren't so high at the end, but it is worth it to have accurate returns.

Filling out the tax return was simple and very well instructed. But when there is a single "error" that is not an error as the document is right in front of you, they make you file by mail and do not provide instructions on where to send the documents.
