Severely lacking software with many workflow bugs

The web UI is constantly breaking. It makes assumptions during the workflow of many stages, such as asking you if you'd like a guided method to fill certain things out, and then refuses to let you go back to the manual method or alternative method that does not involve the guided method.
Does not give detailed reasons why you are flagged to upgrade to the next tier, just suggests "you can't file your taxes at your current tier, you need to pay more!"
Flags multiple sections as needing review, but then doesn't show any issues with any of the items, and keeps flagging them even after reviewed.
Has flagged my address (a home-owner) as an apartment for at least 6 years, flags it as an error, and won't allow for removal of the "Apt" in the drop-down, only modification of the "apartment number."
This software needs significantly more QA. If the team building this is using any kind of DevOps (which I doubt they are), they are definitely not using their testing and pipelines suite to deploy.
