Turbo Tax is AWESOME and so easy to use!!

Benn using TT for my taxes for the past 5 years and its convenient, and easy to use. I paid an arm and leg at the other places for them to do them for me when I could have been doing them all along. When I was self employed the app really helped me keep track of expenses and receipts and I never had any issues filing or with my returns. Turbo tax is great and works well for my family's needs. Even if you are scared to do them yourself I promise they walk you through step by step, its not at all as scary as you think. They take the hard part out of doing your taxes.

Disappointed with Incomplete Electronic Transfer

I've used TurboTax for years and enjoy the accuracy, ease of filling out the data documents and the price. I was disappointed this year with the electronic transfer from my bank. I had laddered CDs and the transfer only transferred three of the 12 files. I entered them myself. Next year, I'll enter it all myself and skip the insecurity of giving permission for TurboTax access to my accounts electronically.
