I've been using Turbo Tax since 2013 and the service has been improving and becoming better with its integration of AI solutions to help compute uploaded tax forms. The automated process makes it easier for me as an individual filer to feel confident that TurboTax's system will ensure I wont have the IRS auditing me. The curated decisions that are tailored to a person's individual tax situation (ensuring a filer receives the maximum return while declaring the appropriate deductions) without having to consult a financial adviser or tax preparers ultimately saves you money in the long run. Which is something I really like.
