Turbo Tax is useful

Fairly straightforward. Didn't explain $3 credit rationale and directions on removing a 1099-R were not well stated. Discovered how to do this on my own without using Help information

Not user friendly for my needs

trying to get to a 1099-k form was not easy. the 1099-B form was only one available until you did some backward delving. Always trying to upgrade you, which is annoying. Also, getting state info accurately was not straightforward.
