Used Turbo Tax for years and its always been easy! Our returns are accurate and quick to complete. We use the direct deposit option and pay our Turbo tax fees from our return. We love it!

The process took more time than needed due to lots of clicking around, especially regarding RMD''s. I also tried to put in Casualty Loss on a vehicle for the portion not covered. Filled in the info, but nothing shows on my return nor does it tell me why it isn't there. Overall more difficult this year. Also, this is very costly and I may not use this next year. $99 + $40 to get my refund?
