Doo doo dog feces program keeps thieving and rejecting my taxes. The tax code authors, tax program lobbyists and every member of the IRS needs to get audited and removed with USAIDS. Have fun being unemployed, parasites. Should be in prison.

Not A Good Experience This Year

Been doing this for years with no problems. Different story this year. I had an issue with one of my 1099 forms. I tried to correct the issue but the software would not let me. I tried over and over again to no avail. Without fixing the issue, efile was not allowed. Bottom line is that I had to mail my returns. I am very disappointed with Turbo Tax.

Turbo Tax has deteriorated.

Found the new format more cumbersome to navigate and there was more vagueness to some of the directions. Also, the total amount of taxes you said I've already paid is lower than the taxes I've actually paid by $98. I rechecked the actual amounts of withdrawals paid and they are correct. How is this possible!

This is my first time filing with TurboTax I always go to a tax professional but I wasn’t getting more bang for my book and immediately if there was a correction needed there were someone to answer my questions on how to upload the correct information so much help I’m going to tell you what I mean thank you
