I did my own taxes on Turbo tax and love how they find every potential tax break you can get. It has further information if you dont understand a question or in doubt. I did not use a live chat help, as it was pretty self explanatory. I love that it triple checks for any mistakes and has you fix them.

Unexpected issue with carryover info

Unexpected problems with filling in DIV info. System did not provide the forms from prior year, so the info was re-entered. Then, those forms came up later, shown as blank, and had to be deleted. Not sure why this was an issue because have never had this happen before.
