I've used TuboTax for several years and it is relatively easy to use and it saves me time, but the constant "up sell" of services while preparing my taxes is irritating.

I've used TurboTax for eight or nine years; it's super easy and thorough. E-file is a great option. Dispappointed that the cost was so much higher just because I had one 1099-MISC this year.
